Unexpected changes, mounting stress, health challenges, painful family dynamics and horrifying headlines are just some of the heaviness we have endured. 

It has made me extra grateful that somehow I got to spend time talking with some of the most courageous, conscious women from across the globe. 

Throughout 2025, each guest on my show, Career & Life Momentum Chats, brought so much expert guidance and authenticity.
