It's our intuition.

And one of the first ways we loose touch with our inner guidance often is because of damaging messages from the beauty industry.

My guest in this new episode of Career & Life Momentum Chats is Jacquelyn Rodriguez. This bold trailblazer is leading a path away from messages of "you are not enough" and other self-doubt inducing strategies that make-up, fashion, and many salons often promote. 

Jacquelyn is a holistic and sustainable salon owner, podcast host and in high-demand teacher to many students of her Clean Beauty Biz Method. Thankfully, for those us who want to see the beauty industry take a holistic and environmentally conscious approach, she doesn't shy away from huge challenges and getting out of her comfort zone. 

Jacquelyn walks her talk in listening to her intuition, too. She shares in this episode some of the hard, relatable lessons she learned that make it so she puts self-care and soul alignment at the top of her priority list.

A special note about this episode's first several minutes: 
I don't usually leave in the segment where my guest and I do some breath work to get fully present and set intentions. I chose to do that here because I've noticed in myself and others lately that our stress levels are off the charts.

It can be hard to pause and make time for our own re-alignment to our higher self throughout long, busy days.

We all have SO many responsibilities.

I hope you allow yourself to take a few deep breaths and do some self-Reiki along with us in the first few minutes of the video.

My hope is by sharing some of the "behind the scenes" here that you take this example with you into your days ahead. My wish is that it encourages you to make time, even if just for a few minutes a day, for grounding and stress-relief.
