Interviews and talking about myself used to make me a nervous wreck.
I would do everything to avoid having to go to one. Even though I was respected in my field, obtained a Master's degree, and brought many large teams and projects to success, I didn't want to get out of my comfort zone.
The thought of putting myself out there for interviews and talking about my professional value for new opportunities made me cringe.
Avoiding the hot seat and staying stuck cost me time, income and opportunities.
I am so grateful that everything changed once I learned a better way to prepare for interviews and other high stakes career situations.
It took time, practice, and the right support, but knowing what I could offer and talking about my professional value became easier.
I discovered a holistic approach so being in the spotlight no longer drained all my energy. Now, I know what to do so I don't get in my own way.
The holistic approach that I've developed is called the Upgrade My Interview™ method.
It is based on this core principle:

This includes my college degree focused in communicating with impact, a graduate degree in career counseling as well as certifications in Reiki, mindfulness, guided meditation, law of attraction, and more.
