By Shea Ki, Career Momentum CoachSkipping this element of interview prep will cost you greatly. Every time. Do you know what it is? Some say it is doing your research. Sure, but most women I work with to help boost their interview skills are already doing that part. Others guess it to be practicing with another person several of their responses or success stories. Certainly this is beneficial, but again many already know to seek out that support. The answer I am looking for is the third element of the Upgrade My Interview™ method. It is often called energy work. When we don't allow time to check in on what our energy level is and do something to uplift it if needed, we start to get in our own way of success in the hot seat. I had the amazing experience of discussing this topic and getting a lot of useful tips for us all to try out from three incredible women. Episode 3 of the new Shine In the Hot Seat Show is packed with: ✅ soul-guided, expert guests who want to see your career momentum build ✅ energy work activities you can try for yourself ✅ holistic guidance to calm your nerves and anxiety before big moments In this episode, you will see Wanda C. Williams, a Soul Alchemist and one of my favorite people on the planet, share fantastic ideas for energy lifters. She also brilliantly defines and describes what energy work is and ISN'T during our conversation. You'll see her share some of her favorite ways that she reconnects to her Source of energy before she has an important interview or other work meeting. Wanda is one of the most fully present, authentic, golden hearted people that I know and I believe her insight will spark you up, too I also loved talking to Gisely Esther, a Holistic Photographer and Yogini. She joins the show from Portugal and brings so much to this topic that you will enjoy hearing about. Her perspective is refreshing on how to infuse holistic practices including breath work, yoga, and astrology into our preparation for big moments in the world of work. We discussed how each time we allow ourselves the time and space to do this inner work instead of skipping it, our connection to our natural essence and confidence gets elevated. Our third guest is the incredible Zehra Mahoon. Besides being a globally inspiring and accomplished author, she is a guide on how to live the law of attraction. Even though I've studied and practiced LOA for several years, there is always more to learn and lightbulb moments to experience about it. I loved our conversation so much. (As Esther-Hicks would say, it really rang my bells!). Zehra does an amazing job helping to clarify the importance of aligning with our divine energy before high stakes moments on our career journey and offers game-changing resources. I hope you enjoy each conversation and gain valuable takeaways to upgrade how you show up, communicate and share your value with others. Welcome to Episode 3!Part 1 with Wanda C. Williams, Soul AlchemistPart 2 with Gisely Esther, Holistic Photographer and YoginiPart 3 with Zehra Mahoon, Law of Attraction author & Happiness CoachSo, what did you think of the the new Shine In The Hot Seat Show? Co-creating the first three episodes was a lot of fun work and I am grateful for the 9 amazing, caring guests who joined me. If you missed Episode 1 and Episode 2, give yourself some time to go get caught up. Your future self at interviews or other big work meetings will thank you. I always love it when you email me and let me know what tips and resources you will be trying out or that you shared it with a friend. Thank you for the support and for having the courage to learn how to align with work opportunities that light you and the world up. 💖 Keep growing and glowing,
